Akshaya Bansode

Akshaya Bansode is the co-founder of 360 Explorers LLP, an adventure tourism company she established in 2017 with her husband, Anand Bansode. Starting with just ₹500, they built a brand that now leads expeditions to the Seven Summits. Over the years, the company has expanded its operations and now has bases in the USA, Canada, and India. In 2022, they launched a tech-based platform integrating adventure with personal growth, earning recognition in startup accelerator programs in Silicon Valley and Canada. With offices in San Francisco, Calgary, and India, their global presence is growing. Akshaya is also a sought-after speaker, inspiring many with her journey of entrepreneurship, resilience, and women’s empowerment in the adventure tourism industry.
