Ayub Uddin Ahmed

Ayub Uddin Ahmed, Head Teacher of 190 No. Bethbari LP School, Assam, has dedicated nearly two decades to nurturing young minds since 16 March 2006. With a deep belief that education goes beyond textbooks, he has transformed learning into a joyful, relatable and value-based experience for children. Through innovative, child-friendly teaching methods and strong community engagement, he significantly increased enrolment and reduced dropout rates. Under his guidance, the school consistently achieved A and A+ grades in Assam’s Gunotsav evaluations. Several students qualified for CMSS and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya entrance exams. A committed social activist and folk singer, he continues to uplift rural education with passion, culture and leadership.
