Dipak Chhagan Parchande

Dipak Chhagan Parchande, a dedicated and enterprising teacher with 19 years of experience, has been transforming education at Zilla Parishad Primary School, Kadamwadi No.2, Malshiras, Solapur, Maharashtra since 2018. When he joined, the school faced severe challenges, including very low student enrollment. Through his relentless efforts, community engagement, and innovative teaching methods, he increased the student strength from 6 to 42, creating a joyful and quality learning environment. He introduced initiatives such as Talent Hunt Competitions, Spoken English Programs, Eco-Friendly Workshops, Constitution Reading Activities, and more, while also enhancing infrastructure, water, electricity, and digital facilities. Recognized for his exceptional contributions and numerous awards, he is being honoured with the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Rashtriya Samman 2025.
