Dr. J. Shifa Fathima

Dr. J. Shifa Fathima, an accomplished academician from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, is an Assistant Professor and Executive Board Member at the Centre for Research & Training under the National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development (NFED), Coimbatore. Holding a PhD in Commerce with specialization in Virtual Banking Services, along with M.Com., M.Phil., TNSET qualification, and PGDCA, she has built a strong academic and research profile. With over four years of experience in higher education, she specializes in Banking and Accountancy. Dr. Shifa is also a researcher, public speaker, and career guidance expert who actively mentors students and youth in employability skills, financial literacy, and research practices, inspiring future professionals through education and knowledge.
