Manju Kala

Manju Kala, a postgraduate in English Literature and History, is also a master's degree holder in Indian Classical Dance. She writes the blog "Manju Dil Se" for Himantar and serves as the Associate Editor of Himantar Patrika and Lokganga Rashtriya Patrika. An expert in Indian culinary history, she contributes bird-related articles to Gram-Today. Her expertise is showcased on Doordarshan and Akashvani in programs on Indian cuisine and birds. A nature lover, she is also an anchor for Dhaad's Panchhi program, promoting Himalayan produce and Uttarakhand’s food traditions. Recognized for her work, she has received the Woman Achievers Award and Throw Her Lens Award. Her book Ballads of Indiana: Almonda to Chettinad is set for release.
