Ms. Johnssey, an accomplished educationist from Nagpur and Founder of Stepping Stones Preschool & Daycare in PCMC Pune, brings over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. With an engineering and master’s degree, along with specialized certification from Singapore, she has taught in Singapore, the USA, and across major Indian cities including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Pune. Her innovative, child-centric methodology focuses on experiential and multi-sensory learning, nurturing every child’s unique potential. A compassionate mentor and women empowerment advocate, she provides free education to underprivileged children and employment opportunities to women. Her vision is to expand Stepping Stones across Pune, shaping confident young learners and future leaders.
