Ms. Namrratta Dssouza is a distinguished hospitality educator and academic leader with over 28 years of experience spanning industry and higher education. She began as an entrepreneur managing catering and industrial canteens, later working with Pizza Hut from Shift Manager to Area Manager in Indore, and with reputed brands like Oakwood Hotel, gaining strong operational and leadership expertise. In 2009, she transitioned to academics as an Assistant Professor and Course Coordinator, emphasizing discipline and industry-oriented teaching. For over 16 years, she has served at Ambrosia Institute of Hotel Management, currently as Principal In-Charge, strengthening academic systems, management, and institutional discipline.
